The candidate will maintain audit-ready files, monitor subsidies, and prepare for MORs and inspections to ensure stringent regulatory adherence in a dynamic housing environment.

Qualifications

• HUD compliance expertise and knowledge of Section 8 rules.
• Experience preparing and maintaining resident files for audits.
• Proficiency in TRACS submissions and MOR preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of HUD Section 8 compliance.
• Complete annual and interim recertifications per HUD Handbook 4350.3.
• Verify income, assets, employment, and household composition.
• Process EIV reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure resident files remain audit-ready and compliant.
• Maintain TRACS submissions and resolve transmission errors.
• Monitor resident eligibility and subsidy changes.
• Prepare for MORs and regulatory inspections.
