Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel 40% to 80% of the time.

• Ability to effectively write documentation and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) for properties.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations during reviews.
• Document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
