Motlow State Community College is seeking a Secretary II to provide general administrative support to the Campus Dean, Assistant Dean, and Director at the Moore County site. The position handles clerical duties, bookkeeping, scheduling, and event coordination to support faculty and campus operations.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of clerical/secretarial experience; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.

Provides general administrative support to a Dean, Assistant Dean, or Director. Performs general office duties and clerical duties of average difficulty. May oversee the scheduling and job assignment of temporary or student workers.
High school diploma or equivalent and one-year clerical or secretarial experience in an educational or business setting.
Associate degree or higher earned from an accredited institution and one-year clerical or secretarial experience in an educational, accounting or business setting.
