General Function Provides general administrative support to a Dean, Assistant Dean, or Director. Performs general office duties and clerical duties of average difficulty. May oversee the scheduling and job assignment of temporary or student workers.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and one-year clerical or secretarial experience in an educational or business setting.
Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher earned from an accredited institution and one-year clerical or secretarial experience in an educational, accounting or business setting.
