Insight Global is seeking a Senior UAS Systems Engineer to support an engineering firm in the Aberdeen MD area. This individual will join an advanced UAS development effort focused on early-stage prototyping, integration, testing, and design of next-generation unmanned systems and intercept platforms. This role will be heavily involved in the full engineering lifecycle, from concept development and system architecture through hardware integration, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and design refinement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering background and is comfortable working hands-on with hardware while also providing technical leadership and engineering direction
