Job summary

TechINT Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Unmanned Systems Engineer in the Baltimore area to join our Aberdeen Proving Ground team. The role spans cybersecurity, electrical/mechanical engineering, and software disciplines to advance UAS exploitation capabilities.

The position emphasizes hands-on work, system integration, and mentoring junior engineers while pursuing innovative solutions and challenging problems.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, CS or related field.
• 5–7 years of directly related experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, or C and Linux CLI.
• Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams (cybersecurity, EE, mech, CS).
• Innovate systems related to UAS and electronic exploitation.
• Hands-on role building and integrating new technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead projects.
