Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II or Security+ CE.
• Experience with CIENA and Cisco transport platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer network architectures; develop procedures for upgrades.
• Deploy network hardware and configuration changes; monitor traffic impacts.
• Update incidents and tickets; provide root cause analysis and reporting.
• Perform fault isolation and troubleshooting across transport platforms; liaise with vendors and customers.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and service interruptions with technicians.
