Job summary

Inflow NS in Universal City, TX is seeking a scheduling specialist to manage the USAF training pipeline and support readiness and future operations training. You will coordinate government-guided training requirements and oversee venue placements to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience and understanding of military training.
• 3 years pipeline management experience.
• Knowledge of military rank structure (USAF, Navy, Space Force, Army).
• Knowledge of training scheduling systems (including classified systems).
• Experience with listed systems: Global Command and Control System, Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments, Joint Operations Planning and Execution Segments, Discrepancy Reporting Deployment Planning Reporting Tool, AF Reporting Instruction Tool, MILPDS, AFPASS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Determine proper training requirements as guided by government.
• Coordinate with training venues for student placement and provide training status reports.
• Provide pipeline scheduling for USAF training using multiple software platforms.
• Assist with office management including security requirements and automated data processing equipment management.
• Perform other tasks to analyze scheduling and student training.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
