Job summary

Inflow NS in Universal City, TX, is seeking a experienced Program/Project Manager to support a USAF readiness and training program. You will assist a higher-level program manager in directing the training lifecycle, developing comprehensive project plans and milestones.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a BA/BS or equivalent, and 5 years of program management experience, including USAF MAJCOM exposure.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and utilize resources to achieve project objectives.
• Direct a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within budgets and schedules.
• May interface with external customers and top management to communicate status of project throughout lifecycle.
• May supervise direct reports and train employees.
• Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, and assist hiring/firing as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
