Job summary

Aether Aerospace, formed by JHNA, CTSi, and EXPANSIA Group, seeks a full-time TIG Welder to support defense technology initiatives in Hollywood, MD. Candidates must be able to obtain a secret clearance and demonstrate strong welding and blueprint-reading skills.

Responsibilities include TIG welding per project requirements, interpreting plans, and adhering to safety and PPE protocols. Certification is a plus; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years welding experience in commercial/aerospace environments.
• Current and valid certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG weld methods per project requirements.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and diagrams to perform tasks.
