Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Palmdale, CA, is seeking an Associate Test Conductor to join our Test and Evaluation team. The role supports ground and flight test events, coordinates with System Test Engineers, and tracks test data with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and experience in test planning, execution, and data analysis. The position requires a Secret clearance and willingness to work varied shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires degree and related experience as listed in qualifications.
• Active US Government Secret clearance with recent background check.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance within a reasonable time.
• Willing to work 4/10, 3/10 shifts, including extended hours, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work various shifts including 4/10 days or nights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct article test operations as an approved test conductor, coordinating with scheduling, manufacturing, instrumentation and test teams.
• Provide post-test data processing and analysis to support objectives.
• Guide maintenance personnel for maintenance, repairs and modifications to the system under test.
• Analyze and interpret test data; propose alternate means of compliance to Engineering and Leadership.
