Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA, has an opening for an Associate/Test Conductor to plan, coordinate, and execute production tests across multiple levels.

The role leads test readiness reviews, troubleshoots anomalies in real time, and collaborates with program, engineering, and line management to align test schedules and execution on-site in Palmdale with overtime and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with significant related experience; or a bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance including Top Secret.
• General knowledge of aviation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory support for integration testing.
• Support and host test planning working groups.
• Interface with test article design and analysis teams to define test configuration and data requirements.
• Review test requirements to ensure completeness of the program.
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
• Support test readiness reviews and pre/post-test briefings.
• Provide mission control room support and real-time decisions on safety and efficiency.
• Conduct pre and post-test data analyses to support anomaly identification and resolution.
