Job summary

Serco seeks a Tactical Command and Control (C2) Operations SME for the Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You’ll facilitate distributed training for U.S. and allied aircrew, ABM, JTACs, and ISR assets using ASCOT, CES, NGTS, and MACE.

An active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. You may travel up to 10% and will engage in planning, execution, and debriefing of exercises.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, brief, execute, and debrief Large Force Exercises (LFEs) and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and integrate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
