Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will role-play aircraft and support distributed training using CES and NGTS, with a focus on integrating unit training requirements into missions.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance with potential to TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus extensive aviation experience and battlefield knowledge. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI and SAP/SAR eligibility desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience or higher degrees with appropriate experience.
• Master’s or PhD holders must meet years of experience criteria.
• Experience as Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute DMO LFEs and Small Team events; briefing and debriefing.
• Support JSE distribution development over the DMO Network using NGTS.
• Attend CAF planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training doctrine, planning, and analysis.
