Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME to support Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will role‑play fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations, learning and executing missions using NGTS, CES, and MACE, while staying current on tactics and procedures.

The role requires active DoD security clearance, a related advanced degree with substantial flight experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience.
• Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
• PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15/F-16/F/A-18/F-22/F-35 aircraft.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or service equivalent.
• Operational experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to develop and test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training doctrine, scenario development, and data analysis.
