Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot/WSO SME for the Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S.

and allied aircrew and JTACs by role-playing fighter aircraft in distributed mission operations, while staying current on threat tactics. The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, and offers opportunities to influence training across large-force exercises while leveraging CES, NGTS, and MACE tools.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator.
• Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience.
• PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft (F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35).
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator experience considered).
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support liaison and distribution training planning for CAF DTC exercises.
• Use NGTS and JSE distribution for DMO network development and testing.
• Attend exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise on military training and doctrine, including scenario development and data analysis.
