Qualifications

• 8–10 years of systems engineering experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering on aggressive schedules.
• Knowledge of DoD communications links and pathways.
• Experience bridging theory and practical implementation.
• Strong communication and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Experience with modern systems engineering tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional integration between hardware, software, manufacturing, and programmatic teams.
• Translate user needs into technical solutions and robust system architectures.
• Create system architecture diagrams bridging mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
• Document architectures and model performance using MBSE and digital twins.
• Lead design reviews from requirements through verification and validation.
• Own verification and validation plans and execution across programs.
