Job summary

IDEMIA National Security Solutions seeks a Systems Administrator/Hardware Technician with an Active Secret Security Clearance to maintain and support IT systems and passport personalization hardware at State Department facilities across the U.S. The role requires installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing usability support for desktop systems, servers, and COTS/GOTs technology.

You will work with minimal direction, manage AD/SCCM environments, perform backups and routine upgrades,

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance.
• 8 years as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer with Cisco switching/routing and firewall technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, train, support, monitor and maintain hardware and software including AD accounts, SCCM, patches, VIBs, and databases.
• Manage server/workstation environments, VMware, Windows, Linux, and NetApp configurations; coordinate risk and uptime.
• Perform backups, restores, data management, and security remediation across systems.
• Document configurations, topology, and technical diagrams; provide ongoing tech support for facilities.
