Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a system administrator to support a hybrid Windows and Linux development environment onsite in San Diego. The role includes running ACAS scans, reviewing outputs, and deploying patches to maintain uptime with a small 2–3 person team.

The candidate should have 3+ years of Windows and Linux administration experience and in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, WSUS, and system monitoring. Active Secret Clearance or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Active Directory and Windows/Linux administration experience.
• ACAS scanning experience (3+ years).
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support a hybrid Windows/Linux development environment.
• Run ACAS scans, review outputs and implement patches.
• Maintain uptime with a small team (2-3).
• Handle ADUC, DNS, GPO, WSUS and backup management.
• Perform OS administration, software upgrades, and system monitoring.
• Support VPN, network and email administration.
• Apply DISA STIGs and security tooling.

Insight Global is seeking a system administrator to support a development environment. This environment is a hybrid windows and Linux environment and this person will be responsible for running ACAS scans , reviewing the outputs and implementing the patches. This person will work with a small team of 2-3 and be responsible for the uptime of the environment. This position is on the 9/80 schedule fully onsite.

• Systems Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• System Monitoring and Testing

• Network Security Software and IT Backup Tools
