Job summary

Responsibilities include SPIR coordination, inputting SPIR reports, and providing weekly SPIR updates to the customer, aligning with SURFMEPP and NAVSEA efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience coordinating SPIR or related systems for surface ships undergoing maintenance.
• Experience using tracking spreadsheets and databases.
• Active Secret security clearance and quality assurance focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms.
• Specialize in SPIR Coordination support for surface ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.
• Input handwritten SPIR reports into NSWC-PD SPIR Tracking Tool.
• Continuously monitor the SPIR Tracking Tool Database.
• Provide weekly SPIR reports to the customer.
• Utilize SPIR Tracking Sheets and Databases to meet SURFMEPP value stream with RMC Modernization Coordination Office, TYCOMM, SURFMEPP/NAVSEA.
