Job summary

Cherokee Federal in Albany, GA, seeks an experienced Business Analyst – Integration to support SECREP operations. This role requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one and involves analyzing supply-chain processes and architecture to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will contribute to policy development, courses of action, briefings, and stakeholder communications, while assisting change-management planning for supply-chain initiatives and facilitating meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or qualifying combination of post-high-school education and training.
• One to two years of experience supporting military wholesale and retail reparable or consumable logistics.
• Experience managing ground-equipment secondary items.
• Experience with performance-management frameworks, metrics management, SECREP sourcing, source-of-repair processes, or SECREP wholesale pricing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Integration Analyst in analyzing supply-chain processes and architecture.
• Identify opportunities to integrate supply-chain functions, improve business processes, and strengthen SECREP support.
• Support development of courses of action, policy recommendations, briefings, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with change-management planning and implementation for supply-chain improvement initiatives.
• Support facilitation of meetings, working groups, and conferences focused on supply-chain integration.
• Conduct analysis of logistics metrics, operational processes, inventory performance, sourcing, and related business requirements.
• Apply applicable logistics policies, regulations, and documentation requirements to assigned work.
