Job summary

Cherokee Nation Government Solutions (CNGS) is seeking a Business Analyst to support mission operations, production planning, and supply chain execution. You will enable day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and develop operational dashboards for leadership decision-making.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in business analysis or production planning, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in ERP/MRP and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production Planning, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations support, production planning, supply chain management, or similar roles.
• Strong data analysis and metric reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; expertise with SharePoint, Teams and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to brief leadership.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or military logistics environments preferred.
• Knowledge of government contracting and compliance preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure mission execution.
• Manage and schedule meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Organize SharePoint and Teams content for record-keeping and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain production schedules for materials and resources.
• Monitor production metrics; identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Coordinate production activities across departments to maintain execution tempo.
• Track supply chain performance metrics; optimize inventory and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address challenges.
• Track inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain stock levels.
• Assist in program reviews and capacity planning; provide input on readiness.
• Provide executive support and contribute to strategic planning.
