Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Iuka, MS is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 3 or 4 to provide support to our team in our Iuka, MS location. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventories, and logistics, including paperwork and records management.

This position will operate on a B Shift (4-10HR DAYS) and may be filled at Level 1 or Level 2 depending on qualifications. Active Secret clearance and SAP eligibility are required, with physical ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 4 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment.
• Must have an Active U.S Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
• This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation.
• Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
• Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Monitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records.
• Assist Accounts Payable in processing Invoices by providing shipment information.
• Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
• Ordering of needed shipping supplies
• Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.
