Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 3 at Whiteman AFB, MO. You will provide logistical support, prepare shipping documentation, track inventories, and coordinate with Property Management to ensure timely shipments.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years in shipping/receiving or inventory control; US Government Secret clearance is required. Occasional travel and a benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with relevant shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience in inventory control or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Experience operating a forklift and using MS Office for reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation.
• Track, store, and issue inventories; coordinate with Property Management.
• Monitor receipt and maintain shipment/receiving records; assist AP with invoices.
• Ensure parts are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection; order shipping supplies.
