Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Iuka, Mississippi seeks a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support multiple disciplines in the Supply Chain process, mainly Manufacturing and Logistics. The role focuses on manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials, with on-site work only.

The position requires a Secret clearance, 2 years of related experience, and the ability to obtain SAP clearance. Preference for forklift and MS Office proficiency, with knowledge of MRP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 yrs relevant shipping/receiving experience.
• Active U.S Government Secret clearance required.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Logistical Support across multiple disciplines in Supply Chain processes.
• Prepare and/or coordinate required shipping documentation.
• Store, track, and issue inventories; coordinate with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Monitor receipt of items and maintain shipment/receiving records.
• Assist Accounts Payable by providing shipment information for invoices.
• Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection; order needed shipping supplies.
