Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant shipping/receiving or inventory control experience.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• Ability to obtain special program access.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate required shipping documentation.
• Store, track, and issue inventories.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving tooling and equipment with Property Management.
• Monitor receipt and maintain shipment/receiving records.
• Assist Accounts Payable with shipment information for invoices.
• Ensure received parts are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
• Order shipping supplies.
• Be familiar with Workbooks, procedures, and forms.
