People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Customer Service Rep II in Virginia Beach. The role supports inbound/outbound material handling, validates data, and maintains shipping documentation in FY sequence.

A forklift license and DoD experience are required to operate within secure environments. The position requires ensuring audit readiness and coordination of approvals for shipments across the US and worldwide, with strict adherence to government documentation

Formación

• Five years of warehousing experience within DoD or similar defense environment.
• Ability to manage and verify inbound/outbound documents and invoices.
• Competency with forklift operations and safety standards.
• Clearance requirement: eligibility for government clearance and related procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Receive material, verify source, quantities, recipients, and invoice data.
• Package and prepare material and documents for outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate and obtain financial approval for outbound shipments; maintain FY-filed docs.
• Maintain audit readiness for inbound/outbound documentation and approvals.
• Maintain forklift license and operate safely up to 10,000 lb capacity.
• Ensure compliance with DoD requirements for government vehicle/CESE use.
