Job summary

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile software development processes for an enterprise metadata and data tagging initiative supporting the DIA. The role requires leading cross-functional Data Engineering and DevSecOps teams in a secure federal environment, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous CI/CD improvements.

You'll collaborate with the Program Management Office and technical leads, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments while upholding

Qualifications

Active Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
12+ years leading Agile development teams in complex DoD/IC environments.
Strong proficiency with GitLab, JIRA and Confluence; DevSecOps and CI/CD familiarity.

Responsibilities

Agile Governance: Champion Agile methodologies across the SDLC and facilitate ceremonies.
Workflow Management: Track epics, user stories, and tasks in a sprint-based workflow.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Cybersecurity and other teams to align delivery.
Pipeline Support: Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify impediments and drive quality and collaborative problem-solving.
