Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst to support Systems & Business Integration Consulting in Huntsville, AL. You will gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders, translate needs into clear functional and technical specs, and lead workshops with project teams.
You will analyze processes, create traceability matrices, support testing and UAT, and maintain documentation through the lifecycle. Active Secret clearance and 3+ years experience are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant requirements work experience.
- 3+ years gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes.
- Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ReqIF).
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Create and maintain system requirement specifications, user stories, and traceability matrices.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams to align scope.
- Support solution design and ensure requirements meet business needs.
- Participate in testing, review test cases, and support UAT.
- Monitor changes and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
