Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Principal Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Integrated Master Plans and IMS, aligning across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and other functions to enable successful program execution.

The ideal candidate has substantial schedule planning experience, EVMS expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office. This is a contract position requiring an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in business, finance, accounting, program controls, scheduling, or related field; OR
• Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience; OR
• Associate degree with 7+ years of related experience; OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of related experience.
• Experience with program scheduling and planning.
• Experience working with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Ensure schedules are integrated across multiple functional teams.
• Monitor schedule performance and program milestones.
• Perform risk and critical path analysis to identify impacts.
• Resolve schedule network logic conflicts and recommend actions.
• Utilize scheduling tools including Gantt, PERT, milestones, and EVM.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify variances for management.
