Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Melbourne, FL seeks a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 to manage the integrated master plan and schedule for defense programs.

You will coordinate across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality to ensure full integration and risk control. Responsibilities include tracking plans, performing risk analysis, and resolving critical path conflicts using Gantt, PERT, earned value management and related techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s with related business, finance, accounting or program control experience.
• Scheduling and planning experience.
• Experience with EVMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic MS Project understanding.
• Active U.S. government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensures schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis, and resolves critical path and logic conflicts.
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, earned value management and other PM techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
