Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Journeyman Program Manager to support the AWACS Division at Hanscom AFB, MA. You will lead acquisition activities, coordinate with IPTs, and ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met for the E-7 platform.

The role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a strong background in DoD programs, with experience in acquisition processes, documentation, and cross‑functional team leadership across dispersed government and contractor partners.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required and maintained.
• US citizen with eligibility for access to classified information.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level acquisition support to the PM and IPT leads.
• Advise leadership on program health, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate acquisition assignments and resolve issues affecting scope and delivery.
• Monitor integration plans and interface control between systems.
• Develop reports and briefings for senior leadership.
