Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, process mapping, or technology delivery.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct as-is and to-be business process analysis to document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Reengineer and standardize processes to reduce redundancies and improve cycle time.
• Create or enhance dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support reporting for senior leaders.
• Apply data analytics to drive efficiency, cost and time savings and improve customer experience.
• Facilitate leadership and team workshops to define future state and plans.
• Produce reports, briefings, and actionable recommendations.
