Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Engineer in Washington, DC, to document business processes and translate complex operational challenges into clear requirements. You will map workflows, support sprint activities, and develop user stories while delivering high-quality client-facing outputs.

This role rewards structured problem-solving, collaboration across teams, and applying process thinking to data-centric environments, with up to 10% travel and a SECRET clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, business process mapping, or technology delivery including 1 year working on Agile projects and hands-on experience using an Agile work-management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Experience documenting business processes or requirements and producing client-facing deliverables (summaries, analyses, process documentation, user stories, etc.)
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating stakeholder meetings and/or workshops, including leading discussion segments and documenting outcomes.
