Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a data engineering professional to translate client needs into data-driven solutions. You will build automated data workflows with Python in Databricks, ingest and transform data via APIs, and maintain catalog connections using authentication workbooks.

You will create and maintain Power Apps, communicate complex results to various stakeholders, and collaborate with clients to refine requirements and drive mission success.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of data analysis, data science, data engineering or data visualization experience.
• Experience building automated workflows with Python in Databricks using APIs to ingest/transform data.
• Experience creating authentication workbooks for data-source to cataloging-tool connections.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps.
• Ability to support remote, hybrid, or on-site projects in the DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical skills and mission focus to understand client needs and design data-driven solutions.
• Use Python and Databricks to build automated workflows for data cataloging via APIs.
• Create authentication workbooks for data-source connections to cataloging tools.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps on the Power Platform.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and drive initiatives forward.
