Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Private Cloud Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain IaC-driven automation across private cloud environments. The role emphasizes provisioning automation for tenants, users, and cloud services, with strong collaboration across infrastructure, security, and network teams.

Applicants should hold an active Secret clearance and be prepared for 50% travel and 50% on-site work in Mechanicsburg, PA or Ogden, UT.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong background in modern data center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows for provisioning tenants, users, and cloud services
• Create and manage service deployment blueprints using Morpheus
• Convert manual tasks into repeatable automated processes
• Integrate with APIs and web services for configuration, deployment, and management automation
• Support identity management, security policy implementation, and compliance in multi-vendor environments
• Collaborate with infra, network, and security teams to promote DevOps best practices
