Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer (Morpheus) with an active Secret clearance to design, deploy and manage secure hybrid cloud environments. You will work across DISA locations, implementing Morpheus-driven orchestration and VMware vSphere administration while collaborating with cybersecurity and program teams.

You will automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible, maintain SDN/KMS capabilities, and ensure compliance with NIST/FISMA/FedRAMP in DoD and federal settings.

Qualifications

• Active DoD/DoD-like clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise cloud and virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and optimize VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS).
• Provision and automate resources using Morpheus.
• Support hybrid cloud across on‑premises and public clouds.
• Implement and maintain SDN solutions.
• Configure and support KMS and encryption services.
• Automate deployments with PowerShell/PowerCLI/Terraform/Ansible.
• Perform upgrades, patching, lifecycle and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex virtualization, cloud, networking issues.
• Create documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Ensure DoD security requirements (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP).
