Job summary

CACI is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support IPPS-A development, integration, and deployment. The role involves building and deploying PeopleSoft solutions, creating interfaces and REST/SOAP services, and ensuring performance on large data sets within a collaborative IPT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technically relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience; 10+ years in large-scale system design/production support.
• 2+ years hands-on with PeopleTools 8.55+.
• Deep proficiency with PeopleTools elements: App Designer, App Engine, PeopleCode, App Packages, CI, SQR, PS Query.
• Experience drafting technical specs, test plans, and performing unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions across full lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical design specifications.
• Build integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services.
• Unit test, analyze defects, and remediate large-scale HCM modules.
• Write and tune complex SQL and database objects for large data sets.
• Collaborate with IPTs and leads to ensure on-time delivery.
