Job summary

DXC Technology in Arlington, VA, seeks an experienced PeopleSoft CRM developer to design, build, and support CRM capabilities, including ticket intake, case management, and service requests. You will work with PeopleTools, integration patterns, and REST/SOAP APIs to ensure reliable workflows and data integrity.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance, a BS in CS or related field, and 3+ years of PeopleSoft experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development, CRM or service management.
• Strong PeopleTools skills: App Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, Integration Broker.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle DB in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities for ticket intake, case management, service requests, and resolution tracking.
• Develop and modify CRM pages, components, records, business logic, workflows, and batch processes.
• Build integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Broker.
• Design and enhance user-facing CRM screens and workflows for usability and data quality.
• Support PeopleSoft CRM upgrades, patches, and retrofits; perform validation of upgrades.
• Troubleshoot defects, integration errors, and data problems; perform root-cause analysis.
• Configure CRM rules, queues, statuses, and notifications to support reliable operations.
• Develop reusable utilities and automation for deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and regression support; create validation queries and test data.
