Job summary

The One 23 Group seeks an Order Preparation / Provisioning SME in Columbus, OH, to provide senior technical support for draft service orders and lifecycle steps. You will serve as a technical escalation point, guide provisioning teams, and ensure accurate, compliant service orders within government workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Order Preparation / Provisioning processes.
• Familiarity with the DISN provisioning lifecycle and related tools.
• Experience solving complex service-order issues and escalations.
• Ability to train and coach staff on procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex service-order issues and provisioning questions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of order preparation and broader DISN lifecycle.
• Review draft service orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Lead or support resolution of high-priority provisioning impediments.
• Monitor workload, aging orders, and shift-level distribution; adjust as needed.
• Provide technical training and coaching to staff; establish standard processes.
• Identify trends and coach for quality and consistency improvements.
• Develop and standardize provisioning documentation and knowledge bases.
• Support continuous process improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Act as alternate technical point of contact and participate in meetings.
• Mentor staff for expanded responsibilities and cross-training opportunities.
• Continue production work to develop orders and track provisioning data.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and contract requirements.
