Job summary

The One 23 Group seeks a Subject Matter Expert for Order Entry and Customer Support Outreach to support the DISN Consolidated Provisioning (DCP) effort in Columbus, Ohio. This role provides senior technical and operational guidance across the provisioning lifecycle, balancing accuracy, expedites, and customer communication with governance and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Requires SME or senior technician experience of 6+ years in a communications field.
• Requires minimum active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and operational escalation point for Order Entry / Customer Support Outreach personnel for status questions, process questions, tool issues, and other complex matters.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Order Entry and the provisioning lifecycle; apply experience with government databases and service-request tracking.
• Support delegated review and approval activities for Order Entry work products; assess requests for completeness, accuracy, documentation, outreach, and compliance.
• Manage expedited requests by tracking status, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely communication to leadership.
• Provide customer outreach by researching service-request status and communicating updates; participate in government meetings as needed.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

6+ years experience in a communications field

Active Secret security clearance
