Qualifications

• Minimum Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• 2+ years of military experience in a communications field or applicable technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a communication field or applicable technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide network engineering and administrative support for DISA systems.
• Develop and process service orders from validated requests.
• Document and manage circuit paths across DISN.
• Support development and monitoring of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Resolve Held in Abeyance (HIA) items and escalate critical issues.
• Maintain accurate service order documentation.
• Validate QoS metrics and network performance.
• Troubleshoot systems and applications.
