Job summary

The One 23 Group is seeking an experienced SME for Order Preparation / Provisioning to support DISN provisioning activities. You will serve as the technical escalation point, guiding draft service orders and circuit paths while coordinating with government and vendor teams to ensure timely, accurate provisioning outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and process improvement, with a focus on maintaining compliance and high-quality documentation across the provisioning lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required for this role.
• Senior Subject Matter Expert with provisioning experience.
• Experience supporting DISN provisioning lifecycle and related government tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical escalation point for Order Preparation / Provisioning issues.
• Maintain expert knowledge of draft service orders and circuit paths.
• Lead or coach team members and provide training on provisioning processes.
• Review complex orders for accuracy and compliance before release.
• Collaborate with government, DISA, carrier, and internal teams to resolve impediments.
