Job summary

The One 23 Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Solution Design Subject Matter Expert to lead complex DISN provisioning and serve as technical escalation on the DCP Solution Design Team. The role combines design work with coaching, training, and oversight to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance and have 6+ years in military communications or related tech fields.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Six (6) years or more of military experience in a communications field or an applicable technical field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for Solution Design personnel for complex designs and questions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the complete DISN provisioning lifecycle and related tools.
• Assist designers to obtain clarification and coordinate with government, DISA, carriers, vendors, or internal teams.
• Review high‑risk work products for technical accuracy and quality.
• Lead training, coaching, and mentoring for Solution Design personnel.
