Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice seeks a Master Scheduler, Strategy & Transformation Manager on the Finance Strategy team to lead enterprise schedules across programs, control accounts, and subprojects.

You will build linked schedules, perform risk and forecast analyses, and create dashboards tied to EVMS data for governance and decision-making. Washington, DC area on-site up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years of professional scheduling experience supporting aerospace, defense or intelligence programs.
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing integrated master schedules at the enterprise, program, or major subproject level using Primavera P6, Deltek Open Plan and/or Microsoft Project.
• 2+ years of experience performing schedule risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, critical path analysis, driving path analysis, and forecast modeling.
• 2+ years of experience building or implementing dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS/IGS development, integration, maintenance, and status across programs, control accounts, and major subprojects.
• Build and maintain logically linked schedules that align scope, milestones, resources, and contractual requirements across program management, engineering, supply chain, operations, and functional teams.
• Perform critical path, driving path, float, and schedule realism analysis to identify milestone risks, support recovery planning, and improve schedule performance.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulation and forecast modeling, and translating findings into recommendations for program and executive stakeholders.
• Developing schedule dashboards, assessing schedule health and integrating schedule data with EVMS performance data to support governance and decision-making.
