Job summary

ActioNet is seeking a dependable Project Administrator to support IT, infrastructure, and government projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, resources, deliverables, and documentation while keeping project managers informed of progress, risks, and deadlines.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work with government, contractor, and technical teams to ensure program success and compliance with DoD acquisition and security

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience coordinating meetings and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DoD or government processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables across IT, infrastructure, and government programs.
• Serve as a liaison between government, contractor, and technical teams to enable execution of objectives.
• Organize and support meetings, reviews, briefings, MILCON reviews, and other events.
• Track milestones, risks, deliverables, and performance metrics; assist with status reporting.
