Job summary

The JAAW Group LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an AI Engineer to support the War Data Platform (WDP) Core Integration in support of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This role will design, develop, integration, deployment, and operation of artificial intelligence capabilities within secure Department of Defense environments.

You will collaborate with ML, data, software, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities

Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Experience developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain AI/ML lifecycle services and reusable components.
Develop infrastructure supporting the training, validation, deployment, and operation of AI/ML models.
Support model-serving platforms and efficient model inference.
Design and implement automated AI/ML pipelines.
Develop capabilities for model monitoring, explainability, and interpretability.
Implement MLOps practices supporting continuous integration and deployment of models.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines support AI/ML requirements.
Develop testing frameworks and maintain technical documentation for AI/ML capabilities.
