Avalore, LLC seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects supporting the War Data Platform (WDP). You will maintain project plans, manage resources, track milestones, and mitigate risks while ensuring cross-team collaboration and timely execution.

Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, producing status updates, and coordinating with leadership and stakeholders to resolve impediments and ensure project continuity.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required; multiple levels based on experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects and workstreams for the War Data Platform (WDP).
• Develop and maintain project plans; manage resources and dependencies; track milestones.
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe practices; support planning, ceremonies, and artifacts.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations; communicate status to leadership.
• Support transition planning and program initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
