Job summary

I2X Technologies is seeking an Implementations/Activations Network Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer at Scott AFB, IL. The role requires an active Secret clearance and hands-on experience with network design, activation, and DISA standards.

The position involves coordinating with customers, architects, and vendors to implement changes, managing service orders, configuring network devices, and monitoring traffic impacts to ensure reliable end-to-end connectivity.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or Masters with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Active US citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support on-site activation for Scott AFB, IL with SECRET clearance.
• Coordinate IT&A, reporting and data input for new service activations per DISA standards.
• Configure network devices using configlets.
• Coordinate with customers, solution architects and vendor SMEs to implement changes.
• Manage Service Orders and ensure TSOs are in place.
• Monitor network and validate traffic impacts.
