Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an HR Analyst II to support development, training, and tracking of the CPE IEW&S workforce. The role involves tracking training, maintaining the training system, and reporting on certification status, with oversight of HR data, awards, and correspondence.

The candidate will manage HR documents, create reports and presentations, and ensure accurate handling of PII data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and five years of experience in Business with at least one year of HR experience.
• Associate’s Degree with five years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Track workforce training and development.
• Maintain the training tracking system and analyze training needs.
• Track and report on acquisition certification status.
• Post and update the HR SharePoint site.
• Maintain awards program data and process nominations.
• Manage HR database with PII information.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations for submissions.
• Maintain logs, records, archives, and working files.
• Prepare staff correspondence, reports, and arrange meetings.
